Is the bonus automatically added to paychecks or given in cash? What is the process?

It's added to your paycheck. It will be listed separately as bonus and taxed heavily.

From what I understand, you get the bonus after the partner is certified as a barista by the SM. However, if you are no longer employed by Starbucks, I don't think the bonus can be processed anymore.
Have you tried calling PCC? I feel like that would be your best bet!
