What should I do? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ve been a with Starbucks for almost two years. I’ve been a ssv for 6 months. I want to transfer to a new store bc the night crew has been nonstop rude to me and trying to get me in trouble. They also blame me for everything. I want go to a new store because I think it’ll help the situation. However every single person at my store sees that they act this way to me and the store manager won’t do anything about it. What do I do if she asks why I want to move stores?

You don't need to give a reason if you don't want to. But some alternative reasons cited for transfers have been: "its closer to my home", "it's better for transit", "I need a change of pace", and "I feel like it will help my personal growth". One of the SSVs just didn't fit in in my store and always got into tiffs with the other shifts, so she just simply asked to transfer stores with no explanation. If the manager can see these things are going on, hopefully they'll be in favour of you changing stores.
To be honest, if you're not into the idea of telling your DM or calling the partner help line, there's not much that can be done about this specific situation in terms of disciplinary action.
Make sure you research the district of your potential stores, and ask around about the DMs. You won't wanna get stuck with another horrible district/manager. Make sure you manager does all the transfer docs too, some of them are forgetful or spiteful, and will purposefully withhold documents because they want to make it more difficult to go.
