I’ve spoken up about a negative partner before and absolutely nothing happened. I hope you have a better experience.

Same. That partner is going to be the reason I quit ✌️

Tell the shift in charge how you’re feeling. Chances are they have noticed too. They can coach this partner to be less negative and to pull only 2-3 stickers in warming and prioritize drive through food

You think so? I feel weird 'reporting' someone for this, but you're probably right. I really want my job to be a good working environment so I really bite my tongue when it comes to gossip/etc

I get it. I’m an older partner who started working before this really touchy/feels era, never got asked if I felt good in my role at any job. Do any of your SSVs ask how you are feeling? Consider just a short statement, maybe don’t even state a name. But it’s your feelings, they are a valid consideration, at least they’re supposed to be. In my experience, if someone is a problem management knew before you did, they just have to be careful

Def speak to the SM, ASM or DM if need be. A negative work environment isn't fun.

I have a SSV where I work that's always telling people -especially the green beans- they need to make better judgement calls on the job.
