I’m a 18, so December’s 10 years for me … I’ve been an opener a closer and mid shift and barista …. I totally get it just ranting about my (new to me) particular store …. I don’t leave until whoever I’m handing my station over to feels comfortable with how it’s been left, buttt we’ve had a lot of issues of the closers leaving early and mean while there’s a coating of grime on everything … including an inch thick layer of Frappuccino on blender pitcher rinsers(literally) …. And they are like bye as soon as they close the doors ….
