Apologies if this is scattered, I am stressed at having to defend my integrity.

Does anyone know if there is a data base other than the partner self service option through the scheduling app/website? I am looking to find a history of my availability requests/approvals. I've tried looking in the app/schedule website and I've found that some previous availabilities have been deleted from the system. One of which I have a screenshot on my phone. However, when bringing these issues forward I would like to provide more documentation rather than just a screenshot on a cell phone, since that doesn't show the availability is connected to me.

I've tried calling PCC, however they told me I need to look through the partner hub and that it should have availability history, but I'm not seeing it. Also, am I able to see if there were any manager overrides completed in order to publish a schedule? I communicated two months in advance an availability change and was lied to about the details surrounding why it wasn't taken into effect. Beyond that as soon as I asked my SM to honor my new availability my hours have been cut down to 13, which means I am unable to utilize the SCAP program. I do understand that my manager is able to schedule me outside my availability; this goes beyond that. She also has been telling various supervisor, managers and even the DM that I have stated multiple places I don't want more than ten hours. This is a lie. I need to find the documentation to prove this, and as I've said multiple times, the system deleted the request I need to refer to (I have the original screenshot).

I am intending on submitting a complaint regarding this and other instances in which my SM has lied, manipulated and traumatized her employees (every partner at our location has heard varying stories detailing physical and emotional abuse that my SM was the victim of. This has triggered anxiety not only with myself, but with other partners who have experienced domestic violence.)
