If your partner isn’t a shift, they may not know about the customer reports that can be pulled up in the system and give the total COSDs; if they’re a barista, they might be thinking of the half-hour COSDs that are recorded as the ‘previous’ total in drive-thru on the OTW tracker. Not sure if your district is like mine, but we have to write down the average OTW time and COSDs for DT every 30 minutes. So maybe they’re thinking that those are the only ones counted idk lol

I think this was the problem. We hashed it out finally. Nothing is worth fighting over especially per Starbucks… but I like being correct 😂☠️

Yeah I def understand lol. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others (if they care) and also want to be corrected if I’m wrong, so I guess you’d say I just want to know the truth (I think it’s a Sag trait)… but I do enjoy being right (:
