Take your time to avoid getting into bad habits when youre with your trainer. One thing I cannot stress enough as a trainer is bad habits are hard to kill so when youre with and without your trainer make sure even if it takes you a little longer stick to standard/good habits when doing anything on the floor. :) as soon as you start to get a little faster you will notice why starbucks tell us to do things a certain way!!

hi, i just did an interview today, here were the questions:
1. what makes you excited to work at starbucks? what makes you nervous about it?
2. describe a time that you connected with a customer outside of the normal customer service duties.
3. describe a time when a coworker made a mistake, and how you handled the situation.
4. describe a time when you met a goal at work and how you celebrated that goal.
that was it. super easy interview, the manager was so nice, i hope i get the job!! and good luck to you!!
