Been working at sbux in a kiosk for 5 months, hired on as part time but I have never had a schedule reflect that. My manager/second opener/closer has all called out and my friend/sm and I are the only people willing to work/cover shifts. I cannot go into work tomorrow and I am going to ncns because why tf not at this point. Any reasons to stay or farewells to go. I cannot keep going on like I have and would rather leave on my own terms then stay and hate myself until I just leave.

Just quit. It doesn’t sound like you’re very happy and you can do something better for a lot more money if you quit.

I would transfer or quit. That kind of work culture is Hella toxic
