This is a major asshole move in a way I can’t even fully comprehend yet… cause there’s so much to process. They actually clicked every button. I would stick this sticker right on my damn mastrena until the person showed up. Then I’d start asking what they actually want until they realize how ridiculous they are. I’m surprised this isn’t delivery. Usually these people aren’t bold enough to show their face in the store lol

Usually they do it with their points :/ we had a guy who would put some ridiculous stuff like this every other time he got a 150point reward 💀💀💀 in the end we just stopped making it CUS we recognized his name after the first three times

Malicious order. You can't steep tea in four inches of room temp syrup. Put it on a pastry bag in the pickup area and make them ask you about it. Play dumb and just say you want to make sure you craft the most delicious drink that's exactly what they want.

Oh, it's just an easy way to make sure they spot it in the mobile handoff area and I can write a clear message on it instead of writing tiny on the sticker. Empty cups get knocked over or thrown away in my experience.

I had people order like that before, but they either didn’t understand the sizes and thought the tall was the largest cup, or accidentally clicked it.

I dont get these people ordering all this crazy stuff.. I went into a Starbucks and asked what hot coffee was brewed and they said pike.. I hate pike.. I asked for Komodo, and the manager looked at me and said No.. we dont have it...

I pointed at a bag of it and said Yes.. its right there.. She glared at me and said "What we have made is PIKE..NO KOMODO"

Didn't offer a pour over..nothing...

I couldn't get simple brewed coffee but these mental patients can order these 47 ingredient drinks and its ok?

My store will only offer a pour over of bagged coffee (i.e. Komodo) if you buy the whole bag, since it’s a $20 bag of coffee that we will likely have to throw out in 7 days. Large waste of product if someone just wants one cup

Corporate policy is to make the pour over if the customer requests, whether or not they are buying the bag. That manager was wrong in no uncertain terms.
