Literally not at all, that drink is pretty far from being annoying in any capacity. And typically it's a bad attitude rather than the drink specifically that I find upsets my partners and I. We have some very kind regulars with some VERY obnoxious drinks but we never mind making them as they're a delight to have in the store.

My hatred is reserved for the people who want a pour-over. You’re good.

It’s an actual menu item, we love it when people order something from the menu just the way it was meant to be made. It’s just one button on the cash register (one syrup modification is 5 buttons) and since it’s on the menu the partner making it doesn’t have to stop and think

I personally hate making shaken espressos. When we’re busy, if I see any sort of frappuccino or shaken espresso, I immediately get annoyed, but that only lasts for a bit until I’m done making the drink. With all that being said, I never have an attitude or make a customer feel bad for ordering one. Order what pleases you.

No. I mean I don’t particularly like making it but it’s not the most annoying drink I’ve ever made. Tiktok drinks and some fraps are more annoying. It’s not particularly fun to make when we’re slammed though.

I regularly recommend it when people say they need a lot of caffeine, its pretty quick except for pouring the shots:)

Sorry but i don’t like shaken espressos since people usually get ventis and they require 4 shots. Do i hate you? No. But do i like making them? No. Do i sign inside? Yes

as long as you’re patient and nice, no! it has 4 blonde espresso shots in it so that can take some time, but otherwise it’s totally fine (:

I might hate the situation but I wouldn’t hate you.

Like getting backed up on bar because there aren’t enough people on the floor or the floor’s layout is awful can make the more laborious drinks kinda a pain but that’s because of the situation and the job. That has nothing to do with the quality of the customer and I don’t direct or feel that frustration towards the customer. And I don’t feel any frustration when the situation is good, even when we’re busy but things are flowing smoothly.

And it’s not a hard drink to make but my store’s layout is not well suited for having to make shaker espresso drinks. We need more shakers but I’m not in charge of that.

I think the only menu item I resent the customer for is drive thru pour-overs. Yes, you can, but come inside and be prepared to wait. The water can easily take longer than 5 minutes to seep through the grounds, especially if we’re busy and I can’t keep a close eye on it. Anything else on the menu and you’re a perfect little angel who deserves to enjoy a properly made tasty drink.

Omg no. If you order like 5… i’d be a little (very) irritated. Mostly bc our espresso machines, at my store, are so slow.

It’s a standard menu item so no. As long as you’re polite, no one will hate you. I’d rather make a drink with a million specifications for a nice customer than a plain, 2-step latte for a mean old bag.

I used to joke and say that the shaken espresso drinks was corporate’s way of calibrating the machines without wasting product 🙃 but I only hated a shaken espresso drink when we had to top it with cold foam

Nope. They are fucking delicious and it is important that people drink them to the face.

If you’re worried about annoying us please no you’re not the person we’re annoyed with. At least for me, I wasn’t as concerned with what drink someone was getting as I was with their attitude.

Honestly anything that's not a iced GTL is just a-ok to make for me. I can't stand making iced GTLs 😩

My store has the old mastrenas so only 1 machine can make blonde shots as needed for it which gets annoying really fast when you need shots but you have to press rinse, cafe and drive need blonde blah blah but that's it. My machines are annoying not the drink itself lol

Straight up it's one of my favorite drinks to make because I know that shit tastes GOOD. And shaking the drink let's me vent my bar frustrations for a split second lol

It’s my favorite drink to make! I just like shaking it and I’ve got the motions for it so down pat that I don’t even have to think anymore. BUT my store has the mastrena 1s so it can get frustrating if too many drinks are ordered with blonde because we can only do them on one machine :(

Okay so I do hate it, but only during peak and only because we don't have m2's so we only have one espresso machine that does blonde and one that does decaf. So I hate any decaf or blonde drink during peak 😅. anything outside of that really does not phase me.

I like making the shaken espresso drinks. Anything with espresso gives me time to go make another drink while the shots pour. What really gums up the gears is 3 different Frappuccinos.

Not at all. Honestly it's delicious and I order shaken espressos as well. They're not even hard to make, some people just like to complain. I'd reccomend trying it with a couple pumps of pumpkin added if you really want that fall experience, haha!

Shaken espressos are the shit! Its all I drink and they're fun to make. I'm sad they changed the old starbucks double shot on ice

It's really not too bad (not my personal favorite but as long as people are patient it's not too bad) however my favorite are iced lattes because they're so easy and quick. Fraps are the worst because it takes forever to make and you pretty much can't sequence

The way I feel is if ur modifications aren’t anything more complicated than milk, type/amount of shots, syrup/amount of syrup or it’s a menu item, ur not high maintenance! Added/subbing bases and drizzles and added foams is where I get annoyed because usually those people want it very specific. Had a girl order a venti dragon drink no ice but with a cup of ice on the side, she wasn’t too happy when I didn’t fill the cup up fully. Look I don’t care if ur scamming the company as today was my last day and I no longer work for the siren, but we were stupid busy and for you to make me to the extra step of giving you ice on the side so you can have extra for free? Nah I’m not gonna do it
