am i the only one who thinks that ppl who ask for brewed coffee in a bigger cup and want no room just want to pay the price for the smaller size but get that quantity of the bigger size ??? they stealing from ms. siren fr.

For a lot of people, that’s the point of asking for it that way. But you’re not supposed to give it to them lol. “In a __ cup” means “extra room”

If they ask the rest to be filled with milk or cream I’ll do it because technically that is free anyway, but if they ask for no room black coffee then I inform them I’m charging them for the bigger size lol.

Lmao most days I dgaf, but when someone's been shitty or I'm feeling petty, I will make the whole damn drink (- toppings) in the smaller cup, then dump it in the big one and do toppings. Just to make sure it's the same volume.

Yes! I love my drinks packed with ice, but if I got a grande with the amount of ice I want I'd have practically no coffee lol So I just order a venti. I try to be as easy of a customer as possible so I would feel weird asking for a large cup and 'fill the rest with ice'

If the person was rude to me I’ll make the drink in the original cup first and then pour the contents into the preferred cup. They’re not getting any extra sips from me with an attitude.

There's a woman that gets a grande nitro in a trenta cup with ice, and she always argues about how much nitro she's getting (used to just pour straight into a trenta cup) and watches us like a hawk. So I've taken to pouring it in a grande cup first
