just had some rich lady with her rude kids receive all her drinks but one iced caramel macchiato on time (we're slammed today) and when she finally got it she passive aggressively said "WOW, that took a REALLY long time!" and if my manager wasn't right next to me I would have told her to cry into her drink. how do y'all with a short fuse handle working here

I'm an SM and I give it right back to customers. Take your business elsewhere next time, business is booming and cc score is nothing but a stupid number.
As a barista I don't remember having to deal with the entitlement these people have today.

My training store had these people cause never going to starbucks anywhere else do I see slow comments. Glad to be rid of those people for now.
