so i’m a new partner ( a little more than 1 month) and i pretty much have all drinks down expect for hot chai. i never know if i’m putting enough water or milk and i always end up with extra milk in the pitcher. so i just be eyeing it lolz. could someone let me know how to do it properly ? the person who trained me just told me it gets hot water and steamed milk.

A size down for the milk should be safe to use! (Can also use most of time if ur drink has whipped cream)

It should be pumps of chai, half water and half steamed milk. I personally just fill the milk to whatever size line I’m making, and if there’s extra oh well🤷🏽♀️ better to have extra than not enough and have to resteam milk.
