Know the recipes, don’t get stressed, utilize every minute the machines are working to prep the next drinks. Hot bar the drink, while it’s working get your cold bar drinks ready. Shake the drinks ten times in 2 seconds, it’s why you get free caffeine, prep the next hot drink then finish the first and second. Accept that if your flow gets broken by a frap or a bunch of cold drinks it’s not your fault and it happens to everyone

Hello dear, I remember I wasn't put on bar until about 4 months in 😅 but it just takes time! Practice practice because it's not so much about the *skill* but the muscle memory! You're doing great!
