Wow, that has to feel awful but I hope you can find a way to not take it personally. It's the bleak situation we are existing in and trying to work in, too much demand, too little product, customer favorites unavailable, high turnover. Partners with just a few months under their belts are starting to act like bullies toward the new partners like you that we NEED. It takes a partner with unusual maturity and self confidence to stay kind and helpful to new partners like you. I hope there is at least one such person in your store! Sending you a virtual smile and hug!

I definitely have been there before when I was new. I know it’s hard to accept this but ignore them. Unless you really want to attempt to figure out what you’re doing “wrong”, you could ask one of your shift supervisors like “hey, is there anything you would say I need improvement on?”, because you’re still “new”. I bet they would tell you if you did. If not, then continue to do what you’re doing. How are you suppose to improve if no one is coaching you or even correcting you. Or if you really want to talk about this, you can talk to your store manager. That’s if you feel comfortable with them and letting them know what’s going on? Best of luck!
