**UPDATE** I QUIT THIS MORNING🎉🎉🎊🎊

I’ve been a partner for about 4 1/2 months and honestly, I’m just sick of my store. Most of the managers I have to work with are so snobby and think I’m not good enough to talk to them and ignore me even when I ask basic questions and the RGM is the same as well n never works with my school schedule. I understand that we’re short staffed but I’m not going to drop everything I’m doing to come to work. I’m a full time student that commutes an hour 1/2 away and not only has school been stressful enough but always having to find coverage because my RGM doesn’t want to work with my availability. Not only that, but he schedules me to work closings then the next day openings and I’m literally running in like 2 1/2-3 hours of sleep sometimes and STILL expects me to cover other people who calls in. This job is not worth it and I’m so done. I don’t even think they deserve my 2 weeks honestly for how bad they treat me. Luckily I have another job to fall back on and have thought about transferring but I haven’t reached my 6 month mark and I’m not going to tough it out any longer. I would report them to HR but honestly going to through that whole process is not worth it and like I said they’re short staffed and already had like 3 investigations so I’m just done.
