I've been on a diet from Starbucks for a while now, just the stuff in half of what we make and sell isn't good for ya. But I've been DYING to try as I love cinnamon.

I'm just sick of the questions, be like the old days if you want to try it just try it. If I wanted to play 29 questions over a drink I'd play a mobile game..

No you can't face it vegan, yes it has dairy in the white mocha. No it has to have the cinnamon THAT'S THE POINT

We get so many questions about our drinks on a daily basis. We're the first Starbucks DT in our town but we already had a corporate one on our high street. I swear they behave like they've never been to one before though.
People who stop a mile before the speakers, people who bypass the speakers and order at the window, people who order caramel cloud machiatos and then make a face when the crinks are iced and not hot 🤬...
And I'm so ready for PSL season to be over. That stuff is vile!

Trust me after 4 years doing DT stores 2 of which I spent traveling all over for my franchise because all of the management just treats staff terribly I will be happy to stay in a cafe the rest of my life if I have too.

God speed my friend, I just hope you can get your regulars soon. Don't wish pumpkin away so soon though... Christmas is coming and that's twice the punishment especially as it's been two we've all missed

What’s in the churro frap? They don’t have it in my region and I want to know if it’s more annoying than the caramel ribbon crunch or mocha cookie crumble to make.

It's whole milk, cinnamon, vanilla and white mocha blended. Caramel drizzle inside the cup, whipped cream on top and bit more cinnamon on the WC. Doesn't come with frap roast unless someone asks for coffee in it so the code is CHURRO CRM

That sounds fire tbh. All we have for cinnamon is the shakers... do you use a powder or is that a pump? I might try to bootleg it at my store.

So I thought we'd use the cinnamon dolce syrup for it because no one ever asks for that flavour, but it's actually powder. It's a 2.5ml teaspoon and measurements are the same as normal fraps so 2-3-4.
Honestly it's a really nice drink but I hate cold bar.

I just cant imagine that much cinnamon powder in anything. That's... aggressive.

Also, where are you!? This fancy frap and no one wants cinnamon dolce?? I have to make 1-5 people hate me every time I'm on reg because they want it so bad.

It's made in store every day in the whipped cream dispensers hat have that little cartridge. We use two small Alpro soya pouring cream cartons and 6 pumps of vanilla. It's so nice! And the cream is super smooth and silky

Frapps in my opinion are crimes against coffee and baristas. They should simply be abolished.

If you owned a Coffee Shop and your market (customer base) wanted a certain product, that everyone else is selling, such as a Iced Blended Coffee.

What **product** would you sell to make up for lost sales? People can buy hot coffee at iHop or Doughnut Shop.

Well, considering sbux has already drilled frapps into their menu, there is realistically, no way back. But calling yourself a coffeeshop when sales are mostly dessert-like drinks and food, its corporate hypocrisy.

I would actually encourage REAL coffee culture, latte art, food and coffee flavour pairing ( you know, what we were taught during training), focus on the coffee rather than cupcake-looking drinks with coffee sprinkled in there.

The only reason this is happening is because baristas started modifying drinks with tik toks and the "secret menu". Those vids from behind bar we NOT by costumers.
