Well, considering sbux has already drilled frapps into their menu, there is realistically, no way back. But calling yourself a coffeeshop when sales are mostly dessert-like drinks and food, its corporate hypocrisy.
I would actually encourage REAL coffee culture, latte art, food and coffee flavour pairing ( you know, what we were taught during training), focus on the coffee rather than cupcake-looking drinks with coffee sprinkled in there.
The only reason this is happening is because baristas started modifying drinks with tik toks and the "secret menu". Those vids from behind bar we NOT by costumers.
