Do we as partners get any vacation time hours or do we only get "protected sick time". (self.starbucksbaristas)

After working for the company for a year, you start to slowly gain vacation time. It all depends on the amount of hours you work. So if you work like 20 hours in a week, you get one hour vacation…something like that I can’t remember

More like work 52 hours you get 1 hour of vacation time. You accumulate at a faster rate once you are tenured.
