Unbelievable.
Actually, believable. I overheard a shift today telling someone that our DM asked her, "Why are you saying no to customers?" about warming lemon loaves. Why even have Starbucks standards then?

My DM recently told us the same thing for all the glazed products. So now if they ask we have to heat up the glazed products.

That's a huge fire hazard! Report your dm up the food chain and get them fired. You may also be able to call in an OSHA violation, though I'm not sure on that
