What’s so flipping hard about breaking down cardboard boxes. Lately my team has been piling the boxes next to the dumpster saying “there’s no room”. When in fact if they actually broke them down it’d probably be only about halfway full…

like there IS room you just need to break them down, it’s pure laziness and disregard for the closing shift people who have to do it later

Personally I’m the type to just break everything down even if I go to throw out cardboard and there’s a bunch of boxes back there
