Hello friend. If it's regular cold foam you don't need to add any sweeteners. If it's pumpkin foam then obviously pumpkin and if it's salted caramel cold foam then add caramel. Hope this helped!
Edit: Forgot to add that might be a bit helpful: vanilla sweet cream foam does not need extra pumps of vanilla unless specified by customer (which I pray they do not because that's just sugar overload).

It seems a lot of people these days, particularly newer partners think that VSCCF is "normal cold foam". However regular foam is just nonfat with two vanilla pumps.

Regular cold foam has gotten vanilla for as long as I’ve been around, fall ‘19. I’ve been told it’s been that way since it was introduced

Thats what i thought too but the recipe card says it was updated in jan 2020? Iirc since so many of my partners were like "it never got vanilla before!" And others said "it said vanilla for a long time!"

Vanilla sweet cream cold foam doesn’t need vanilla since the vanilla sweet cream gets it when it’s prepped! All you need to do is blend the vanilla sweet cream :)

Normal cold foam yea but people rarely order it. Usually they want vanilla sweet cream cold foam (imo, other stores may differ but 99% of the time people get vscf here).

I learned this a little while back when studying the recipe cards before I became a trainer. No one else in my store knew. I've also been letting them know about the change in the sccfcb recipe. Now 2 pumps vanilla in cb and 2 pumps caramel in salted foam.
