Yes it does, at least in the area I work in. The lemonade in the cartons is concentrated, when making backups you cut it with water. When making the actual drinks you don’t cut it with water though

I'd always cut it with water like the refreshers would until today. No one had complained, so I just kept going until I had a gut feeling

The recipe card says lemonade to base line and water to the milk line, I think. I'm 99% sure because I checked it the other day after reading a similar post.
