depends on the drink recipe - I use the shot glass for Carm macs and Shaken espressos, and I’ll use it if I have someone with a lot of different syrups so I can do that while the shots pull

Everything goes straight in the cup UNLESS it's a macchiato, iced macchiato, cold foam macchiato etc
