Question about customers (self.starbucksbaristas)

So we have this one customer in particular who, in a past altercation, got one of our shifts fired.

The dude straight up lied about the whole thing (myself, and six other partners were on the floor when it happened) But my DM and SM continue to wipe this dude’s ass for him every single time he comes in.

He always causes problems: there’s always something wrong with his order

Or he wants us to add his separate mobile orders on to ONE receipt after he gets here.

He always calls over the phone to place his order or order more things after his mobile order has already been placed.

This dude has cussed out multiple partners but is still waited on, hand and foot and I’m just wondering if there is anything that can be done above our SM and DM to get him banned?

We have multiple customers who have thrown stuff at my partners and verbally threatened them and they are also still allowed to return 🙃

I’m just tired of dealing with them.

File an incident report every single time something happens. If you know the customers full name, include it. Otherwise include info about exactly what time they came through, what their receipt # was, if they are a rewards member. Having a paper trail is the absolutely only way something will happen. (although personally I’ve never seen a customer actually banned)

You should have a SSV file an incident report anytime something like this happens, even if it’s something minor. Eventually you’ll have proof of all the times this behavior happens and you guys can work on getting this customer banned from your store
