SPLENDA SHORTAGE---OHIO ONLY? Hello there...customers in Westerville, Ohio cannot get Splenda in their drinks and haven't been able to since springtime. And now are being told they will never have Splenda. However, I live in DFW And it's in the stores here no shortage.

Starbucks, just like everybody, is dealing with major backups in their supply chains that are causing shortages. Most stores in the US are out of a lot of things but the exact list varies depending on which distribution center they use.
Many regions are out of Splenda. It is *not* permanently discontinued, but there is no estimate of when it will be back.

Lol we’ve been out of regular sugar, raw sugar, and Splenda. We’ve only had stevia for the last 2 months :)) i hate it here

SSV here! splenda now has to be ordered on the partner hub through office depot instead of the regular RP. it was in an update a while ago that got skimmed over, even by my store! alternatively, some one could pick up a box at the grocery store and get a pay out. :)

I live in Texas too and our store hasn't had Splenda in months.
