Yeah ive been having breathing problems at work and breaking down (not covid thankfully) and I went to a doctor about it. She told me I've been having panic attacks 😅 unfortunately our insurance doesn't cover a psychiatrist so even though I was told to go to one, I don't have the money to pay that.

if you’re a partner at a corporate store, you get some free therapy sessions through lyra! i can’t remember how many off the top of my head, but it might be worth looking into.

Yes! It’s 20 per fiscal year, and our fiscal year starts on 10/4!! Lyra is awesome, it’s helped me so much!

I get that and am trying, however I need medication and a psychiatrist is required for that.

i think lyra can get you set up with a psychiatrist! they only match you up with providers in your area and you can choose online or in person. there’s a lot of screening questions to make sure you are set up with the right person to help you.
edit: should add that i am also in the process of getting set up with someone from lyra in hopes of getting on medication. i work with some people who have.
