How many times do I have to report the Uber eats delivery drivers for not wearing a mask indoors before theyre actually held accountable for it lol??? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I've had to report the same delivery guy about 4 times today bc he keeps coming in without a mask and is INCREDIBLY rude when asked if he wants one. Just curious if anyone knows if the drivers actually get any repercussions for this if reported enough times ?? Thank you to all that answer in advance. This is infuriating

Take down the guys name from the Uber tablet and make sure you keep asking him to put his mask on.

Write down the gist of each interaction and how he spoke to you and your team.

With that information, your manager can write a formal conlmplaint email to the Uber customer service and hopefully get some results. I've done it a couple of times.

Also, they aren’t customers at all. My manager lets us treat them differently than actual customers and if the Uber drivers are being jerks then I get to take my frustrations out in them instead of an actual paying customer.

Well that’s a horrible way to look at it. You definitely wouldn’t want anyone making your job harder then what it needs to be. Not cool

On the Uber tablet there is a contact number you can call to speak to someone about having that driver ban from picking up orders from your store. Just get the name and order number. I’ve done it on several occasions. Thumps them down on the tablet as well. That feedback does directly to Uber and the driver.

Thank you!!! I've been thinking of calling the number like..... Why are you handling people's food if you can't even handle basic Covid protocol
