So informative speches are usually 5 to 7 minutes tops. Your one idea should be enough to fill that time frame.

Intro: start with the obvious why working fast food sucks. Make it funny then move into why your going to change their minds ..... summary type sentence of where you are going with the speech.

Reason#1 ASU try to fill out a minute here.
Reason # 2 atmosphere of the job another minute
Reason #3 flexible schedule
Reason #4 pay and tips
Reason # 5 customer connection and skills you are learning
Conclusion why being a Starbucks Baristia is so much more than fast-food and sum up everything you said.

Just my thoughts hope that helps former speech writer.

I wrote a paper on the ritual of Starbucks for a sociology class, but it was more from the customer’s perspective.

There's a whole degree that specializes in the inside cultures of business. I forget the name of it but always thought it would be fun to study for it.
