ASM recruiter Interview (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by RunTheWatchOver
So. I have an interview with a recruiter because Starbucks finally realized that there was nepotism and is doing "Career Progression". I am a top performing SSV in my district and have a good relationship with my DM, but I do not want to work for him, but I applied for an ASM position in our district plus a few in a more high volume area.

Question: What does the recruiter ask? Is it an actual interview or is it more of a screening? Any advice for those who have gone through this official process? :)

Side note: I love starbucks, i hate the loopholes they have found. like many other corporations

More of a screening process from what I know of it. I was promoted right before career progression. Nepotism doesn't change with career progression though. They make you think it does but the DMs all have their narratives and will push people through that they like.
