I don’t know too much about this but apparently I just reached my 1 year mark at Starbucks and remember hearing in my on boarding about getting some kind of stock in Starbucks after a year??
Could someone care to explain how/what it is exactly??

I think you can enroll in the stock program or collect grants. Fidelity is where everything 401K, grants, and stock

Commenting to follow! I left after a year and a half, went to go sell whatever I had (was supposed to be 9 shares), and Fidelity Investments says they have 0 record of me being given stocks :/
