One of my baristas tells me on the headset “ hey this customer just left drive through and they forgot their double smoke bacon. And they just parked in holding to come and grab it. No biggie right? Wellll this gentlemen comes up with an attitude and snatched the sand which out of my hand and I say “so sorry about that” he then goes “give me a cookie for the baby!” To which I reply “ oh of course would you like that warmed” he then says yea yea whatever so I tell him the total and this is where it god hostile. He said “no I am not paying, you fucked up I had to come back so I want something for free” to which I told him I was very sorry but I cannot just give you something for free because you had to park your car for 1 min to come and grab your sandwich (which was still warm) I did offer to warm up a new sand which for him it he then went on to tell me “when your safe breaks don’t fucking call me”. I was so confused and to which I said “what safe? The store safe? Sir that’s a little uncalled for” he then called me a “fucking bitch” and he tried to put his hand in my face. And I slammed the walk up window so he wouldn’t Touch me. And where was my security guard? Walking in a while other parking lot.
