Brooooo I came in on DTO the other day not knowing this and someone asked for cream & sugar so I started the "we have raw sugar packets or we can use our classic syrup" spiel. The drive barista busted in on the headset and was like I HAVE SUGAR! I turned around and she was waving the packets around so excited ππ

Surprised that during this Covid thing Starbucks didn't do something about the bare stir stix.
Even pre-Covid, when one is requested I use a napkin to pick it up and hand it to the customer that way.
