I'm about 2 weeks into working for sbx again, I worked for them years ago and am coming back thinking it can be part time for a while as I raise my kids up to school age then aim for advancement. Problem is, my store has an ineffective manager that's snowballed into a huge morale and turnover problem. I'd really like to help but don't quite know how. Ideas? Is there a way to anonymously express my concerns higher up the chain?
