I acquired 22 sick hours this year. I had to call out this whole week because I’m sick and waiting for Covid test results. I asked my manager if I could use my sick hours and they said when I have I can. On my partner info it says I have 22?? I checked the SBUXPartnersHours and she removed all the shifts I was originally scheduled to work. Does anyone know if I can still use my hours?? If so HOW

Just write 22 hrs of sick time into the book in the Punch Communication section, assuming you were scheduled at least 22 hours this week. You shouldn't have to specify which dates and times to be put in for unless you want to. She can just put them in for whenever during the week.

Also if you voluntarily disclosed your vaccination status, COVID test results shouldn't matter for getting catastrophe pay. Ask about cat pay and save your sick hours if possible.
