The form you used “their” would be if it the possessive form, in your example “The morning crew need to change their attitudes.”
They’re is saying they are, so: “They’re toxic.”
And then you have there (which wasn’t used, but while we’re at it), that would be for an example: The man standing in the corner is standing over there.
But I’m one of those toxic morning crew people so 🤷🏼♂️

Sorry you’ve had that experience. You should probably transfer. I’ve met some amazing people at Starbucks. I feel like the company attracts the exact type of person I vibe with. You deserve to not work in a toxic environment

There are some super awesome stores and I know it. It's just those super awful stores that give the rest a bad, bad image.
I left the company and am much, much happier. Just still bothered by those people I had to be around.
