Damn I would’ve immediately locked everything and called 911, it isn’t safe to leave the store because they could still be outside. What state are you in? Because in California its illegal to have firearms in the passenger compartment. Of course people still do it, but it helps you know how big of a POS they are. Hope everything’s going okay for you.

We basically just went on with business as usual 🙃 my shift called our temp SM and he just said make a report with the cops and an incident report and that was kind of that lmao.

I’m in a VERY pro-gun state. Our shit-ass gov signed open carry for EVERYONE at the beginning of this month.

You definitely should’ve closed the store. The temp sm was probably thinking more about money than proper protocols. If someone points a gun on a partner it’s not “business as usual”, in fact your dm should’ve come out to your store to make sure everyone was okay. Has your dm been notified because it may be unsafe for that partner to leave the store.

Probably not? I left like half an hour ago. Tbf, one of our shifts got a knife pulled on him a while ago and the cops came and everything but my DM never showed up.

She only shows up when a customer throws a bitch fit. Upper management doesn’t give a shit about us lmao 🥲
