hiii! i'm very new and i'm confused abt how many pumps of syrup and espresso shots go in every drink. my coworkers are really patient with me and help me out a lot but i've been trying to find a list of the recipes but i cant find one anywhere :( i feel so annoying! my coworkers tell me that i'll remember them with time, but i'd love to just have a list so i can try to memorise them?
could someone tell me how many shots/pumps go in hot drinks/ cold drinks of every size? and maybe for frappes too? (idk if the recipes are different for the uk?)

hot drinks - espresso shots:
short: 1, tall: 1, grande: 2, venti: 2
hot drinks - syrup/sauce pumps:
short: 2, tall: 3, grande: 4, venti: 5
iced drinks - espresso shots:
tall: 1, grande: 2, venti: 3
iced drinks - syrup/sauce pumps:
tall: 3, grande: 4, venti: 6, trenta: 7
now there are exceptions to these rules. americanos and shaken espressos get one extra shot. caramel macchiatos get one less pump. if you’re ever confused, always ask your partners! but, for the most part, most of the drinks follow this pattern :) good luck! you’re doing great!
edit: i am not from the uk, so i’m not entirely sure this holds up.
short: 1, tall: 1, grande: 2, venti: 2

Slightly different in the UK! For one, we don't have trenta over here.

UK portion sizes in general are a lot smaller, ventis are already giant for most of us

This. I could never drink a Venti. I have enough trouble with Grande. UK Barista here ha.

Syrups on hot bar:
S:2 T:3 G:4 V:5
Shots HB:
S:1 T:2 G:2 V:3
Americano gets one extra shot from G to V.
Cold Bar
S:1 T:2 G:3 V:4
FR: S:1 T:2 G:3 V:4
Cream and Coffee base:
S:1 T:2 G:3 V:4
Coffee Fraps is coffee first, milk to the bottom line, pour in jug, add ice, coffee base and blend.
Cream Fraps is milk to bottom line, pour into jug, add ice, cream base and blend.
Caramel coffee Fraps have Caramel drizzle, Cream doesn't.
Also, look over the UK Starbucks app. If you click on a drink, it will give you the amounts of each. Also, on the till if you press a drink, underneath where the boxes are the bottom. The shorthand for the cups will tell you the recipe too.
Otherwise? Ask,ask,ask.
Ask your SM if they will print you a recipe drinks guide. Apologises if i have got some of these wrong.
