hi everyone, if you look at my other posts you can kinda see where this is going. before i do anything drastic or what i kinda wanna do because i’m in a very manic headspace, do write ups ever leave your partner file or are they permanent? also, are final write ups different or do they stay?

They will always stay in your file but in regard to weight of the write up, that lasts six months. Like if you got written up for time and attendance seven months ago, it will remain in your file but if you were late today, it wouldn’t be able to be escalated to the next step of write up due to it having been so long.

Im pretty sure they basically go away after 6 months
