Your biggest job is not to teach them everything. Your biggest job is to make them feel comfortable in the environment, and comfortable asking questions.
Yes, teach them the basics, but remind them excessively that mistakes are GUARANTEED to happen. Make them feel accepted, and quiz them slowly on the basics (shots and pumps of syrup, register, and warming are all great places that I typically start with them!)
One thing I think has helped my newbies is not even necessarily making drinks the first few times, just watching you, slowly, while you talk them through what you're doing, and then ask them to do the same to you :)

The Barista Trainer training modules will teach you about different learning styles and coaching, not really how exactly training should look. Make sure to connect with your SM about how they typically schedule training, etc. Make sure they give you a training plan. Look over that and the activity guides on the ipad for the positions you were working on each day.
Most importantly, make your trainee feel welcome! Remember what it was like being new and having so many questions. Make them feel comfortable and like part of the team!
