I don't know if you're currently a new bean or not. But don't drink coffee unless you NEED it. When you start to get drowsy, have a venti drink, don't add extra shots. Let the milk and syrups cut the caffeine a bit.

8 shots over ice 2x a shift was my go-to as a new bean. We've all been there. You'll learn your limits! Also no shame in taking a 2 hour nap after a shift 😂

I always follow this rule:

Beginning of shift: One Blonde Triple Espresso drink (varies) usually Brown Sugar Shaken.

Water of course throughout the shift all day.

Afternoon: Iced Venti Matcha Green Tea Latte ( I am a HUGE proponent of the Green Tea Latte, it's proven to be a better source of caffeine, no crash, and super healthy in regards to the amount of antioxidants that it contains). Plus I guess I love grass.

Leaving shift: Mango Dragon

It gives you enough caffeine without effectively crashing. So Espresso, Tea, Refresher.

It might be a better source of caffeine, but I wouldn’t call it super healthy. The first ingredient in our matcha before the actual matcha itself is sugar.

Just make sure you’re staying hydrated and watch for the caffeine crash! 😂

maybe switch to the teas for a bit. breaking a caffeine habit sucks. plus you have to drink so much water not to feel like crud.
