Y’all! So I work two jobs and I work at SBUX 2-3 days a week. It’s just to make extra monies so I can do hood rat stuff so I mean, I’m whatever about the job, yeah it sucks at times but thankfully I do not rely on this job.

So anyway, 2 of my shifts are AM and Saturday is always PM and I always close with this specific ssv and he gets on my damn nerves. He takes forever to do pulls and close registers and wtvr else it is y’all do when we close. I’m sure there is some behind the scenes stuff y’all do that I have no clue about but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t take the whole 30+ minutes after closing to do when I see him also on his phone and etc. it’s like he purposely takes a long time so he doesn’t have to help. Also why tf do we only have 30min to close? Is that the deal at other stores because 30min is just NOT enough time, even if we start things early. The lobbies never get cleaned, the bathrooms never get done unless I do them, oven never gets cleaned, apparently we’re supposed to take apart the little nozzle spray thingy and clean that every night? I had no clue the amount of stuff we DON’T do at my store until someone else pointed it out. My store is disgusting and I know it’s because we need like at least one other person OR he needs to get off his ass and actually help clean! He hardly lifts a finger when it comes to closing (or most of his shift really) and I’m fucking annoyed by it. Idk I just wanted to air out my frustrations with people who might get it.
