Or get rid of the people who keep calling out and have shorter hour days? I just feel like of you’re constantly calling out it kinda seems like you don’t want to be there so why keep someone on if they’re a constant call out. I’m glad you guys are doing well performance wise.

Totally agree but with the pandemic going on, partners calling out for feeling sick are taken more seriously than ever. I don't blame them honestly. It has been a grueling couple of years for our store
