So I called out today. I felt guilty for it but I literally had an intense panic attack at work yesterday as I was shoveling ice into the bucket and also taking over for another coworker who ALSO had a panic attack.

I'm usually able to push down my anxiety enough that I could get through the day but that time I was so panicked I literally almost passed out from how heavily I was panting.

Apparently the other stores in our district closed their mobile orders and we had to close early that day to short staff so we were basically at peak customers alllllll day.

Feel bad for outright having a moment like that but idk. I can barely function as a person today because of said panic attack.
