It’s not the worst thing to make this, just takes a lot of time. Especially when it’s upside down. I’ve only tried one obscure nasty thing and that was a customers regular order which was a venti hot chocolate with 15 pumps of raspberry and extra cinnamon…

Basically everything in the drink is backwards so if you go an upside down latte you’d pour the steamed milk and then put the shots on top instead of the opposite
