Texas, went down twice for about 20 mins each today. Lots of free drinks and food items handed out.

I was connecting with our boss when I left but I had a barista come back and tell him that our card readers were down. That was about an hour and a half ago though. (In CO)

I clocked out at noon but before I left I had a problem with a customer’s Chime card that is chip only. Would not work on my end but I saw a notification in real time that she got charged!

They'd work for a while after a reboot, probably did 2 at front register, and 4 at DT over my 9 hr shift. Opening shift did 1 before I got there, and 1 yesterday.

Tea!! Thought is was just us. Ours fucked out on us halfway through peak, our OTW was at 43 and getting lower when it decided to crap out :,-( first good shift I've lead in a while w/ no callouts to affect our times during peak and ofc that has to happen 😭

oh my god yes. i was covering reg for 30 mins and the card reader wasn't taking anything. only cash & sbux app. when i asked my manager for help, they responded like it was my fault and told me to deal with it🙂

Omg this started last night for us! One register went down and wouldn’t even let us click the credit card option, then this morning right before peak started the other one did the same! Spent the whole morning telling people cash or Starbucks card.
