With the new pay increase, what will be the minimum for Shift Sups? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ve heard baristas will be at a minimum of 12, I know one of our newer shifts is making 12.50 or so now.

There’s a 27% difference between barista and shift minimums. So if baristas are at $12 now shifts are at at least $15.24.

Depends where youre at. im a barista in northern California and starting in October im gonna be making 16.50

Unfortunately I live in the south. Minimum wage is still 7.25

I live in the south too. Our barista rate is 10 -> 12hr and our shift rate is 13 -> 15
