i'm currently a ssv in college full time and its been a LOT on me mentally to work closing shifts that go into 1am, especially in a high volume dt store.
basically, there's a cafe store not too far from me that's focused on customer connections far more than my store. i recently covered a few shifts there and LOVED it and would love to work with the people there too. i just feel sad leaving my team?? idk. i don't like going to my current store + the hours don't work for me mentally.
does anyone have any experiences going from a busy drive-thru store to a semi busy cafe?

I did, I loved the change. A lot less moving parts , and even with mobiles and deliveries, it feels more like you just have to focus on what's in front of you. I also don't miss the headsets.
