I'm trying to become a barista. I responded to an initial email 13 days ago answering some questions about myself.
I havent heard back yet. I was told I should call in these cases, but I do know that most/all locations in my city are having a shortage of workers and are dealing with distribution issues and wasn't sure if a phone call would help or hinder my cause. (I'm sure managers are up to their necks with duties right now)
