I nearly quit in my 3rd day when my ASM pulled me aside and said that everyone on the team feels that I am unhelpful and unwilling to learn and just basically a terrible person... all because I asked questions during training as my trainer had went home sick day 3. (:
6 months in and I just put in my notice. Depending on your store, it literally does not get better. I wish I had better words of encouragement, but if you can afford to leave the insurance/other benefits like having a job behind for greener pastures, please do.
Best of luck fellow Green bean.

it's not for everyone. if you know, definitely quit now before the manager puts you on the schedule. it will be far easier for the team to not have find coverage for every single shift you get scheduled for.
this job ain't even worth a "wait and see". best of luck to you in the future.
