They actually changed the personal cup thing a while ago. It was in a weekly update. We can take the cups we just have to put the cup in a mug and not touch it. But I still do agree that it was stupid to do while the pandemic is still going on.

At my store, we would get a clean lil pitcher, fill it with coffee, and pour it in their cup (and put in sugars / cream if they wanted. That way we didn’t have to touch their cups! :)
